SERVICES

Ottoform provides tech stack consulting services for medical practices. We audit practice technology infrastructure to identify redundant software, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues, then provide recommendations and implementation services.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account.

PRICING

Initial scans are provided at no cost with no obligation. Full audits and implementation services are quoted based on scope and complexity. Specific terms will be agreed upon before work begins.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat all client information as confidential. Information gathered during audits will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

DISCLAIMERS

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Audit findings are point-in-time assessments and do not guarantee future security or performance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amounts you paid to Ottoform in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Venue lies in the state or federal courts in Mecklenburg County, NC.
