These Terms govern your access to and use of ottoform.ai and services provided by Ottoform LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What we do

Ottoform provides backend automation, infrastructure and support services for projects. We may host and operate project sites such as nctitletransfer.com, but each project may have its own terms and policies.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Customer projects

When you interact with a project that runs on our platform, that project’s terms and privacy notice govern your use of that project. In the event of a conflict, the project’s terms control for that project.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include: uploading illegal content; submitting fraudulent or forged documents; sending spam or unauthorized messages; probing or bypassing security measures; infringing intellectual property; misrepresenting your identity or interfering with others’ use.

5. Payments & billing

Ottoform does not sell consumer services on ottoform.ai. If you enter into an enterprise or custom agreement with us, fees and terms are set out in the applicable order form and master agreement.

6. Third-party services

Our services may integrate or interact with third-party providers such as Stripe (payments), Mailgun (email), OpenPhone (voice/SMS) and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the terms, policies or failures of these third parties.

7. E-sign consent

You consent to the use of electronic signatures and records for transactions conducted through our platform where permitted by law.

8. SMS and phone terms

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive calls or texts about your account, security or transactions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Intellectual property

Ottoform and its licensors own all rights in the services, including software, documentation, branding and content. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. Confidentiality

If we disclose non-public information to you, you must protect it with reasonable care and use it only as permitted. You also agree not to disclose confidential information about our services.

11. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Ottoform in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ottoform, our affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your content, your use of the services or your violation of these Terms or law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements or other reasons. You may stop using the services at any time.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Before filing a lawsuit, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within thirty days after written notice.

16. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Updated” date above. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
